This is one of the somewhat positive effects that COVID-19 has brought to us. Since people are staying at home, they get bored. When people get bored, they snack a lot.
So they make up for it by doing home exercises. Also, since people are staying at home, they can’t jog at the park or play sports like they used to. Exercising at home can be a tedious task, but if you are living alone, then you pretty much have no choice but to grind through it. Luckily for this Italian man, he had his dog, Sparky.
Lazy Sparky
However, it must be mentioned that this miniature bull terrier wasn’t exactly the epitome of energy and fitness. Actually, he’s somewhat of an internet celebrity because of his laziness. All dogs love going on walks, but there are some pups like Sparky who hates them.
Sparky has had plenty of Instagram videos that have gone viral because it shows his disinterest in walking. In fact, the videos are showing the pooch being dragged by his dad, Silvio Siamo. If you’ve experienced this before, then you know how much of a pain it is when your dog starts to behave like this.
Sparky Turns Over A New Leaf
But since Silvio started to work out at home, Sparky turned over a new leaf. He’s been surprisingly energetic, and not only that, Sparky is taking part in his dad’s training regimen. He rewards his dad with kisses and hugs when his dad is doing his home exercises.
For us, if a dog gives us hugs and kisses, those are enough to inspire us to do anything, and that includes doing home exercises that we dread sometimes. At the end of the day, Sparky takes part in an important element of fitness, and that is sleep. Well, he’s probably been doing that since he was born.
